Participant Feedback request does not reflect in Employee Feedback spotlight

We're currently testing the Manage Participant Feedback functionality where we had created a Performance Document with only the participant feedback as the task. We had included both Employee and Peers as the roles inside the Performance Template (we do not need the Manager role for this performance document). Now, we tried to request a feedback from a participant by clicking Add in the Manage Participant Feedback page. However, it does not reflect in the participant's Feedback spotlight, specifically under Feedback about others section. Please see screenshot below:

But as an HR admin - I can view the requested feedback from My Client Groups > Participant Feedback page:
