Hello Oracle Team,

After that we recieve an email related to: Action Required - Oracle Field Service - Tenant: XXXX - [44609a74] we have check all channels on Scenario messages however we would like to know if is there any other OFS API rest which it is necessary to consider beyond to Channels in Message scenarios, please? Note: We have been reviewing the Axios library used in plugins, then it's not necessary to change anything. Also, we have checked all channels where our customer didn’t have any configuration. So, this doubt is related to keeping in touch if it is necessary to worry
