Summary:

We are already using one commerce process and using SOAP Integration for CPQ to CX Quote header and Revenue line sync. But Now business is implementing new Process in new commerce process and in this new commerce process they want to utlize the REST based integration. That means 2 different commerce 2 different CPQ to CX integration ( 1 though SOAP & 2nd through REST).

It is possible to build that this requirement.
