Merit ineligibility based on salary adjustment
Summary:
We have a requirement where if an employee receives a salary adjustment during the comp cycle it is inclusive of merit so they are no longer eligible to receive a merit increase as part of the comp cycle process. The salary adjustment could be for any number of reasons including promotion, market adjustment, correction etc and this would be effective after a specific date (TBD). Currently the CoE adjusts the employee's eligibility manually through Administer Worker at the component level.
