Basically we want to try replicating branching of BPM Approvals but using Help Desk queues instead.

To clarify, this is NOT a question about "Approvals for Help Desk Cases". It is to implement an approvals workflow process using Help Desk queues and automatic queue assignment rules.

This is to implement an approvals process using queues. Let's say we have some document that needs to be approved based on an attribute. Simplest is total dollar value. Think about something like a Purchase Order (note: this is NOT for POs).
