Partial Receipt Not Auto-Applying Using AutoMatch

Summary:

I have an invoice for $26,000, and I created a Lockbox receipt through integration for $25,000, referencing both the Transaction Number and PO Number. However, the receipt is not being auto-applied to the invoice in either case.

  1. We have configured an AutoCash Rule Set with the rule "Match Payment with Invoice", and the "Apply Partial Receipts" option is enabled.

We tested the following AutoMatch Rule Sets, each with a Recommendation Score of 100%, but the receipt was not auto-applied in any of the cases:

Rule Set 1

Transaction Weight: 40%
Amount Weight: 60%

Rule Set 2

Transaction Weight: 60%
Amount Weight: 40%

Rule Set 3

Transaction Weight: 100%
Amount Weight: 0%
