Redwood Benefits Summary Compensation page hide pencil

Summary:

Is there anyway to hide the pencil on the Compensation Info page under Benefits Summary in Redwood. I don't want the Benefits Team to have access to make a change to a salary. Also, is there a way to hide Total Shares Summary and Estimate Stock Value?
