Redwood Performance Template/Section Exception during RestAction

We are currently using a custom role modeled after ORA_PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST. When this role is assigned, the error consistently appears.

However, when the Human Capital Management Integration Specialist role is added, the error no longer occurs. Due to over-provisioning concerns, we cannot assign this role to the user.

We suspect the issue may be related to the "Invoke Pop-Up Notifications for Events" privilege or a related duty role. Unfortunately, Oracle documentation does not clearly identify the specific privilege or duty responsible.
