Summary:

I am exploring the workforce scheduling features and understand that employees can claim shifts during self schedule window. Post Schedule manager generate the schedule, employee is getting an option to Claim Shifts/Self Schedule.

However, after selecting the option, page is empty and it is showing 'We couldn't find any matching shifts'. Please help me to understand on why I am getting this message.
