Help with Front-Loaded Annual Vacation Balance Adjustment Based on Mid-Year Benefit Level Change

We have a requirement related to front-loaded annual vacation balances in Oracle HCM, and we would appreciate your guidance or best practices.
Current Setup:
We use a Fast Formula to grant an annual vacation balance at the beginning of each year (January 1st) based on the employee’s Benefit Level (stored in a DFF). For example:
- Benefit Level 1: 12 days/year
- Benefit Level 2: 18 days/year
...and so on.
This part is working as expected.
New Requirement:
If an employee’s Benefit Level changes during the year, we need to adjust the vacation balance accordingly, so that their entitlement is prorated for the remaining part of the year based on the new benefit level.
