Rejection notification for ICP - workaround

Summary:

Hello Team,

For the Manage Personal Contribution workflow, when one of the approvers rejects the ICP approval request of the submitter, the notification is not sent back to the submitter nor does the submitter get any notification/alert on bell icon. Approval flow for Manage personal contributions is 1st level manager followed by Country Head.

Kindly provide any work around for this issue where we can trigger an rejection notification alert back to the submitter as this is a urgent and mandatory request from our client.
