How to Enable Notifications for Performance Document?

Summary:

We would like employees and managers to receive messages when the due date of the task in the Performance Document is approaching.

For this we have set the standard alert days in the performance template and on which day which task is due.

Under Setup and Maintenance > Performance Notification > Performance Management we have activated the notification “Standard Alert Due Date has been reached for a task”.

In addition, the “Send Performance Document Alert Notifications” process runs daily.

Notifications are also activated in the BPM Worklist.

To test whether the messages are sent, I have edited the Performance Document with different users to different extents, but no one has received a notification. Neither the employees nor the managers received a message.
