Alert email is not triggering and alert process log shows SOA from address missing
Summary:
We are seeing following message in the alert process log and Email is not triggering in DEV2 env.
SOA From Address User : null
In the environment where 'SOA From Address User' shows in log file - we can see email triggering.
Raised Oracle SR and it has been more than 1 week with no response. Has anyone faced similar issue ? What was the solution ?
We are expecting bouncing middle-ware server might resolve this issue - but there is no response on Oracle SR for more than 1 week now, so checking if anyone else faced similar issue.
