Managers to see Historic Performance Documents for their Directs

Hi,

Is there a way to update the People Manager Role to allow viewing of past performance documents, regardless of who completed them? Currently, this limitation affects restructuring and a manager's ability to obtain relevant information on the previous performance and input of a manager.
