Compensation Plan to transfer Bonus payout amount to payroll based on Employee FLSA Status Change
Summary:
We have a requirement where Employee bonus payout should be a spread based on FLSA Change from Exempt to nonexempt employees,
For Example: If employees FLSA status in first six months of 2025 was exempt(salaried) and for last six months of 2025 was non exempt(hourly) & the Bonus payout is $2000 to be paid in 04/01/2026, then the $2000 amount should be spread within 2025 FLSA change dates like $1000 in first six months and $1000 in next six months
We would like to know how do we transfer the compensation date for Bonus Payout Amount spread out datesto Payroll
