Owner with Area of Responsibility can't view performer task outcome in Onboarding

Hi,
I have a step in the onboarding process where the owner is set as an Area of Responsibility (AOR). However, the owner doesn't have HR privileges. The issue is that when the performer completes the task, the owner cannot see what has been done.

Is there a way to allow the owner to view the task outcome without giving full HR access?
