HI Team,

We are getting "This article has been deleted or unpublished from the knowledge base and is no longer available." error.

The knowledge author created an article and deleted it. But, when user search, the user is able to view article and when clicked shows error

"This article has been deleted or unpublished from the knowledge base and is no longer available." error.


I ran ESS jobs Knowledge search batch process, knowledge content batch process and also from "manage knowledge search dictionary, i run "queue all authoring articles" and also "run incremental content processing" all are successful but still that article is showing up in searches.
