Restricting Performance Document Access by Department in Oracle Performance Management

Dears,

We are currently working on a configuration within Oracle Performance Management and need guidance on how to restrict access to specific performance document types based on the employee's department.

Business Requirement:

Department A should have access only to the following performance document types:

1.Annual Review

2.Mid-Year Review

Department B should have access only to the following performance document type:

1. 360 Review

 

Goal:

Ensure that only the designated department can access their respective performance documents, with no cross-department visibility or access.

Are there any recommended best practices or documentation for achieving department-based restriction of performance document visibility?
