Issue description

  • Oracle DCS and IDCS support sending email communications in multiple language
  • This is handled through localized versions of email templates configured within IDCS
  • DCS relies on IDCS to send email notifications such as activation and password reset emails
  • However, the limitation lies in the automatic mapping of the customer's language preference (stored in the Fusion Contact object) to the ‘preferredLanguage’ attribute in the IDCS user profile during the DCS self-registration process
