Incorrect time in performance document review meeting notification to employees

Summary:

Manager has scheduled a call with employee for 12:00 to 12:30 PM but the notification which employee receives it says 5:00 to 5:30 PM. Both mangers and employees uses system in same time zone. ics file uploaded in calendar displays correct time.

what am i missing ?
