Summary:

We are currently using the Oracle CX Sales Microsoft 365 ad-in/plugin and we've been advised that we HAVE TO upgrade as part of 25B. This is unfortunate since we enabled to new Redwood enabled plugin in our non-prod and it's such downgrade. Our business users are not happy since 95% exclusively use the plugin to manage communications, appointments, contacts and opportunities as part of their daily activities.

Upon review of the new Redwood plugin the default view on an email shows contact information only. You can add existing/pre-defined opportunities which, once you do, you can then use the "one-click punch out" to open the opportunity in a pop-up window. At least this is some consolation as this at least way our users can maintain opportunities directly from within the plugin.
