Hello all,

Has anyone encountered an issue with bill notifications for some employees?

We’ve observed that certain employees are not receiving any notifications through the “Bill” button—whether it's approval notifications or others. However, when the employee checks the BPM (Business Process Management), they can see that all notifications and approvals were indeed received.

The issue appears to be with the visibility of these notifications specifically from the “Bill” button.

If anyone has faced a similar issue or has a solution, please share your insights.
