We need a Dashboard for all Scheduled Job in CX Sales and Service Product
Summary:
We have around 15 Scheduled Jobs running in our instance and also 12 Agents (report agents).
Business wants a dashboard or workarea where we can see status of all Scheduled Job and Agents.
So IT Admin can check daily in morning status of jobs, agents.
Now a days when user complains like Inbound/Outbound messages are not coming so we check scheduled job and find it is failed and then we fix this.
Same way in Morning BU head if he does nat get yesterday daily billing reports then he complains and we rerun report agent manually.
So it embarces us and we as IT are in backfoot..
