Employee record visible after cancelling the work relationship

Summary:

Employee Person number and Name is visible even after cancelling the work relationship.

Note: I have read the below post related to a similar issue where it advised to raise an SR with Oracle Support. This was posted in 2022 and just want to confirm whether I should be contacting Oracle support to get this checked OR any other solution is available for customers to try now.
