Can We Collapse the 'Document Dates' Section in Redwood?

Hi Everyone,

Can we make the 'Document Dates' section collapsible on the Employee and Manager Self-Evaluation page?

In the responsive UI, this section is collapsed by default, which is the behavior we want to replicate in Redwood. However, I was unable to achieve this using VBS.
