In the Old UI, I can do a negative Issue of a component and enter a serial number for the component. I use this method to remove a damaged engine and then issue a new one. In the Redwood UI - it will not let me enter a Serial Number.

In the Old UI, I can do a negative Issue of a component and enter a serial number for the component. I use this method to remove a damaged engine and then issue a new one. In the Redwood UI - it will not let me enter a Serial Number. I verified the Serial number/item combination is new and therefore available. I can enter the serial number, but as soon as I click anywhere on the UI, it wipes the Serial Number out. I need to be able to do this disassembly. I have entered a SR and have not
