Worker salary details missing in worksheet

Summary:

Employee is eligible in the plan and is displayed in the worksheet. Only missing are the salary details.
Ran the Refresh Workforce Compensation process but the salary details aren't displaying still.

Can we please know why this is happening?

Workaround: manually input the details in Administer Workers
