Budgeting with performance rate
Hello everyone,
Our client would like to manage compensation budgeting based on performance rates rather than fixed amounts.
For example, the Marketing team performed well and should receive 110% of their standard budget, while other teams may receive 102%.
The idea is to allocate a budget envelope per manager, based on:
- The average performance rating of the team (individual scores), and
- The overall company performance rating.
Importantly, the budgets should remain manager-specific and not roll up or redistribute across managers.
Could you please advise on the best approach in Oracle HCM to support this logic? I believe it is not possible my Models.
