Display a message for managers when they submit Performance Documents

We want to display a popup message for managers when they submit performance documents for clarification purposes only.

For example manager will see the following message after they click on submit : 'Thank you! your evaluation was submitted successfully'.

is there any way we can achieve this? if so how can we?
