Eligibility status in worksheet

Summary:

Hi everyone, we’re encountering an issue where a person is showing as 'Ineligible' in the Eligibility Status on the worksheet, but when we check the Eligibility Tester, they are marked as 'Eligible' (they are eligible for the plan). We've already tried refreshing, backing out, and restarting the plan, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it?
