Unable to hide Status and Priority fields in Case Management

Summary:

We are not using seeded status and priority fields in Case management, instead we are using statuses as Step 1 and Step 2 and Step3.

We have marked these fields hidden in all other templates but unable to hide the same in Case Summary section as appearing in the attached screenshot.

This section also not appearing in VBCS and the template is delivered and read-only.

How we can hide these two fields.
