Redwood - How can i add contacts under an account to every SR which is created in fusion service ?
Summary:
Need to add / associate a subset of available contacts under an account to every service request created for that account. We have a business requirement on which we need included / inform / notify all contacts under an account who has opted for having (we created a custom field to capture the consent) service requests visiblity. How can we achieve it ?

In the Classic UI we have the contacts tab where we can add the contacts to SR and all further communications / status updates. In the redwood i am not seeing any such options. Basically we would want the selected contacts under an account to have full email notifications / message thread visiblity as the primary contact for every SR created for that particualr account. Kindly suggest on how to implement this.
