How to create Nudge for pending self-evaluation task in annual performance evaluation

We have a requirement to send email reminders for pending Self-Evaluation for Performance Appraisal with frequency once a week (Monday)- first 30 days, last 10 day – daily. Is it achievable through Nugdes?
