Compensation Increment worksheet needs to be enabled with a column feature which has a dropdown
Summary:
There is a business requirement that the Increment worksheet needs to be enabled with a column feature which has a dropdown.
Requirement: The Payroll Relationship column needs to have a drop down with the details which the user can be able to change, but the existing configuration does not allow to enable the drop down feature for the columns. Which some can be only edited.

Therefore would be there any configuration setup on how to enable this option in the increment worksheet.
