Redwood Transaction Console: Show Timecard full subject line

In the BPM worklist and Bell notification, For Timecard notifications default out-of-box subject line is shown as

Approval of Project Time Entries for «user name» from «date» to «date»

But, In Transaction Console, For Timecard approvals, only the user name is showing, instead of the full worklist subject line.

This makes it quite difficult to verify when the user has submitted previous week timecards and there is no way to identify in Transaction console which line is for which weeks of timecard.

Please show the full worklist subject line for timecard in Transaction console instead of the user name only.
