We need to incorporate custom steps for order preparation into the process orchestration for sales order.
To achieve this, we've configured a custom step under Manage Orchestration Process Definitions using the Pause task type. Additionally, we’ve introduced a custom extensible flexfield (EFF) named Prepared at the fulfillment line level.
The pause rule is designed to trigger when the Prepared EFF value is not equal to "Yes". Since the default value is null upon order submission, we expected the orchestration flow to pause accordingly until the EFF value is updated to "Yes".
