Benefits Alert- Mail notification not going for a particular mail id- need help
Summary:
I have configured Approval of Self-Reported Life Event Alert and mail notification needs to be sent to the 2 other managers in the Org.
Currently the mail goes to the employee on whom the life event is reported, but for the 2 managers no mails are going.
I have added their mail ids as literals. Let me know what m i missing and why the 2 managers are not getting the mails.
