Stop Process Transactions in OTM having 'RC' Transaction Code
Summary:
We have a requirement from Customer that every inbound transaction having 'RC' Transaction Code should not be processed in OTM, is there any way to achieve this? we already tried using "Cancel Transaction" Agent action but still the inbound transactions are being processed by system.
