How to Update Debit Memo standard Fields and Attach ZATCA-Cleared Invoices in Oracle through RESTAPI

Hi Community, We need help implementing the following in Oracle Fusion. Attach ZATCA-cleared invoices (PDF/A-3 or XML) to Debit Memos — Is there a standard or recommended method for doing this? Also we need to Update 'Special Instructions' and 'Comments' fields for debit memo's.
