Unable to View Leads and Opportunities with Custom Role in Redwood UI

Dear Oracle Community,

We are currently facing an issue while configuring a custom role intended to provide access to Contacts, Accounts, Activities, Leads, and Opportunities in the Redwood UI.

For Contacts, Accounts, and Activities, we successfully enabled view, create, and edit access by copying and customizing the standard Sales Administrator role.

However, for Leads and Opportunities, the same approach does not work:

  • We are able to create Leads and Opportunities.
  • But we are unable to view any existing Leads or Opportunities in the system.

We have already tried the following:

  • Assigned various privileges related to Leads and Opportunities.
  • Configured data security policies
