Pending Actions Alert Contact Name is Blank

Summary:

We have configured the new Pending Actions Alert. The alert is working great except for some employees or contacts the 'Contact Name' column is blank. The behavior is not consistent. When reviewing the alert in the application, the Alert has the contact name. I have double checked contact start dates and that is not the cause. For some employees, all of their contact names are populated. For some employees, none of the contact names are populated. For some employees, there is a mixture of having the contact name there or missing.

Has anyone else experienced this and know how to resolve?
