In the Oracle Performance Management module, Manager schedule a meeting for a future Performance Review date and select Share and Release, the review is no longer visible to the supervisor). This issue occurs because the Task Owner filter automatically switches from “Me” (the supervisor) to the new owner (e.g., the employee), without defaulting to “All” task owners.

In contrast, the Responsive UI retains supervisor visibility of the shared review without requiring filter adjustments. This inconsistency between the Redwood and Responsive UIs creates confusion, particularly for users transitioning to the newer interface
