We've done the integration with third party media toolbar. We're able to receive the incoming call and we're able to make outgoing call once we open the Third-Party toolbar and make a call.

We're also able to see phone Icon next to the phone number in our object pages(Service request, Contacts etc). But when we click on that phone number it is redirecting us to 'Log a Call' pop-up rather than making an outbound call to the contact number.
