A new role applied to a Redwood Search list is not retained after saving - what could cause this?
Summary:
We created a new role which is an exact copy of 29 other roles except for the name and role code. The sole purpose of these roles are to control search list behaviors (default and accessibility) based on a sales agent's assignment (i.e. sales agent 1 belongs to Red Team 1. Sales Agent 1 has a role that defaults the Red Team 1 search list. Sales Agent 1 cannot see Green Team's saved searches). This is literally all it does. No permissions are added or taken away when the role is copied. Today we set up a new Team -
