Salary Change life event getting evaluated instead of Status Change life event

Hello Good-Morning Everyone,
I hope this message finds you all well !!


We are encountering an issue when transferring an employee from a Full Time/Part Time (Benefits-eligible) position to a Per Diem role. During this process, two life events—Salary Change and Status Change—are triggered on the employee’s benefits screen. When we attempt to evaluate both life events as of today’s or current date, the system processes the Status Change event, causing the employee to lose eligibility and voiding the Status Change event. This is not the expected outcome; instead, the Status Change event should be evaluated and recognized as a Loss of Benefits Eligibility event, rather than being overridden by the Salary
