Full Employee Name Not Displayed in Expenses Module – Only First and Last Name Visible

In the Oracle Fusion Expenses module, the system currently displays only the employee's first and last name in areas such as [e.g., expense reports, AP Invoice, AP Payment]. However, our business requires displaying the full name, including the middle name or the full display name (as defined in the Person Management screen or the global HR records).

We would like to understand:

  • Whether it is possible to configure the display of the full employee name (including middle name or preferred display name).
  • Which data field or profile option controls this behavior in the Expenses module.
  • If this is not supported currently, is there a workaround (e.g., using a BI Publisher report or a custom field)?
