How to Configure Service Request in Visual Builder

Summary: We need to configure the layouts of the Service Request object in visual builder as part of our migration to Redwood UI. Under Layouts > Customer Experience > Sales I can see the ServiceRequests but I can't find the delivered (OOTB) Create Layout from the list of Rule Set. Am I looking in the right location or not? Is there any additional role that should be added on my profile to see those layouts?
