No warning message for the user to confirm the delete action in Talent Profile records delete

Could any one please assist if there is an option to include a soft warning before deleting the Talent Profile records in Redwood. We have created a Special Project under Talent Profiles and we don't see any option for a Warning message to be displayed if the User accidently clicks the delete button.
