How to Modify Redwood Timecard Buttons
Summary:
We have been seeing an uptick in employees accidentally saving timecards that they have already submitted (taking them out of submitted status). When we rolled out Redwood Timecards, the buttons at the top of our page looked like this:
Now it looks like this instead:
In the absence of a visible "Cancel" button, our users are clicking "Save and Close" and unintentionally reopening their time card. In other areas of Redwood, we have the ability in VB Studio to re-order buttons and choose how many are primary vs. secondary. I do not see that option here. We do have the ability to hide the Save options (making the Cancel Button visible), but we don't want to do that.
