AP approval notification does not reachthe Approver

The AP approval notification doesn't reach the approver.

After validating the AP invoice, the approval process was initiated, but the AP approval notification doesn't reach the approver. Previously, notifications were received, but with this particular invoice. Although the history indicates it was sent, the approver doesn't see any notification.

What validations should I perform in this case?
